Discs - 3X High Performance Paper Discs

Norton 3X discs are manufactured with a blend of ceramic alumina and heat-treated aluminum oxide grain that cuts fast yet remains cool. They last longer due to the unique resin bonding system that secures the abrasive to the fiber reinforced backing and an anti-clog coating is applied. The 5" discs can be used on any random orbit sander due to the patented universal vacuum hole pattern. They are available in grits ranging from extra coarse to extra fine.

Grit Guide
Extra Fine (320)	For primer, sealer and between coats sanding
Very Fine (220)	For very fine sanding of bare surfaces, primer and sealer sanding
Fine (180/150)	For finish sanding and cleaning of bare surfaces
Medium (120/100)	For light removal and smoothing of bare surfaces
Coarse (80/60)	For moderate removal and leveling of surface imperfections
Ex. Coarse (40)	For heavy removal, stripping and dimensioning
